Personality: Gen is a terribly loud character, resilient and troublemaking, but all for good reasons. He wants to be friends with everyone he meets, and will relentlessly pursue that goal if it means getting into trouble. His goal currently is to make friends with all of his high school, and will be as loud as possible in order to accomplish this. One of the major things that defines him is his incredible love for space, and all things associated with it. Like Yuki, his best friend from childhood, Gentaro is constantly fascinated with space and has even gone to it, as their clubhouse the Rabbit Hutch is on the moon.
One of the major facets about Gen is that he is easily startled. Supernatural stuff scares the pants right off him. He is always hard-pressed to deal with this sort of thing, and manages to cower in fear for a brief moment, before powering on through in order to try and do what's right. Another major point about him is that he is able to empathize with anyone that he meets, able to find their weaknesses and coax them to the surface to make them a better person in the end. It doesn't matter what or who they are, he wants to make friends with them, and will literally jump off a bridge in order to do this.
Gen is also a helper. He is insistent on helping out Kengo as much as possible in his battle against the Zodiarts, and will go the extra mile becoming Fourze in order to compensate for Kengo's weak constitution. He also goes the extra mile to help people, and has won the hearts of the current Kamen Rider Club by being himself, and helping the others when he can. He has a distaste for arrogance, but knows at times when he himself is being needlessly arrogant. Also, like many, he tends to leave one of his teachers in a monologue, sneaking out with everyone else.
Gentaro is also innately stubborn, able to dig his heels in whenever the situation calls for it, even if it frightens him. He is incredibly perceptive of the surroundings and has even identified the Switchers just by encountering the person once out of zodiart form. He is keenly aware of many things, and yet has a huge blind spot to major glaringly obvious things such as Ryuusei being Meteor, and two of his teachers being Enforcer Zodiarts.
Sometimes Gentarou's innate friendliness gets him into trouble with others, but at the same time, it has made him a better person in the end. With Gentarou's need to befriend as much of the world as possible, it has gotten him into situations such as the XVII incident and the Space Iron Men. But at the same time, it has allowed him to do the impossible such as teach rowdy children later on in life, and manage to help those who are in need. Gentarou also chose to become a Rider, something thought impossible by everyone in Rider history. To fight eternally was the fate of Riders, and Gentarou has circumvented this fate five years later.
He is open and accepting, and he knows what people's hearts are like. But not only people are safe from his friendship, but also machines who have hearts as well. He has successfully befriended a satellite weapon and a girl made of SOLU who was his first love. There is no limit to the expanse of his heart, making him a frightfully strong person not just physically but mentally too.
Strengths: As Kamen Rider Fourze, Gentarou is capable of many things but as it stands, he is also capable of incredible feats that would change the face of the world. He is able to warp massive satellite weapons out of orbit to the moon, as well as function in deep space, and empower himself with the sheer raw force of Friendship. His strength as Kamen Rider Fourze is possibly one of the most powerful and potentially game-breaking of many people, despite its potential fragility. In terms of power, Fourze is able to fight and break through strong armor, fly in space, endure heavy amounts of damage, and in his empowered states such as Cosmic, open a warp rift between locations and is empowered by sheer Friendship.
It has been recently proven that Gentarou is also powerful as a normal human being, able to fight and get up from the worst of wounds and stand up and fight for his friends, due to the power of his bonds with others. He is a formidable foe even without the Fourze Driver, and his sheer stubborn resilience is nothing short of amazing. Having been brought back to life by the power of friendship, Gentarou will keep pushing until something gives.
Weaknesses: Of course when it's all said and done, Gentarou is one of the youngest Riders, at the age of 17. He is just a normal teenager with an above average durability and stamina limit. Even with his stubbornness augmenting his strength, he is still also a regular teenager. His sorrow can be crippling to him, especially if it concerns a friend, and his power diminishes rapidly when a friend denies him, to the point of being unable to use his ultimate power of Cosmic States. Friendship literally makes him tick, and without friends he will be unable to go on, staying in a deep funk for days if not weeks on end.
Without the Rider Buckle, Fourze is inactive. And if you remove all the switches, it becomes a simple piece of mechanical stuff.

First Person: So I just gotta say that I'm really excited to be here. A world that is just full of friends gets me excited. For everyone who I haven't met, I'm Gentarou Kisaragi, and I'm going to be friends with the whole lot of you!
Don't believe me? I make friends wherever I go! I've made over 1000 friends in my old school, and the rest of the school is rapidly becoming my friend back at Ama High! I'm really glad to meet everyone and I know this'll be awesome when it comes down to it!
I'll be waiting by the tree, but don't wait too long cause I'm coming to each and every person's place and greeting them properly! Friendship is awesome!

It was easy for Gentarou to make friends, and he had found himself in literal pony paradise. Despite being a pony he was dressed in familiar clothing as he carried his school bag with certain precious items stuffed into it. He had yet to check his flank for that Cutie Mark he was told about but hey, this was a once in a life time event!
"Hey! Hey how're you doing? Hi! Yo." And he's greeting people everywhere as he's moving through the town, raising a hoof in greeting. This was so damn cool, a town, no a land that was said to be built on the tenants of goodwill and friendship. It made his heart race with excitement and he fished out his photograph of his students before putting it back.
"Just you wait, I'll learn the things I need here to be a teacher. You'll see!"
With a cry he charged down the road, greeting people left and right. It was like the second advent of Pinkie Pie, but with less pronking.
